29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about August 7, 2019, at the location of 5915 Nella Ave, Canton, OH 44720, the employer failed to provide employees effective information and training on the hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, or whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area. Employees worked with various chemicals, including, but not limited to natural gas, refrigerant and various compressed gases used for welding.
