29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about July 17, 2019 and at times prior to, the employee did not utilize energy control procedures when operators were required to remove plastic jams from the die of the extruder. Landmark Plastics Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.146(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1080673, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 5, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1331 Kelly Ave, Akron OH, 44306.
