29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): A.) IbakeFoods, LLC, 256 Baker Street, Rimersburg, PA 16248, from the maintenance shop to the wareroom, on or about June 12, 2019 and times prior thereto: A flexible cord was spliced into an electrical breaker box in the maintenance shop and was ran to a stretch wrapping machine in the wareroom. The flexible cord was used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of the structure, attached to building surfaces, and was ran through a doorway.
