29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: (a) Facility - On or about May 31, 2019 the employer had not provided adequate training to the employees on energy control procedures for equipment such as but not limited to, chop saws, rip saws, CNC router and panel saw prior to employees performing servicing and maintenance exposing employees to caught-in and struck-by hazards.
