29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(iv): Ventilation. Every inside storage room was not provided with either a gravity or a mechanical exhaust ventilation system. Such system was not designed to provide for a complete change of air within the room at least six times per hour: (a) On or about August 21, 2019, and at times prior, for the employees who were exposed to fire hazards where up to approximately 275 gallons of flammable crude waste are stored in the basement area at or near 301 Second Street West in Williston, North Dakota.
