James Blvd, St. James, Missouri, specifically inside of the Maintenance Shop, the distance between the abrasive wheel belonging to the Esmeriladora De Banco Off-Hand Grinder, m/n 2LKKR6, and the safety guard peripheral member was approximately one inch.
