29 CFR 1910.307(c): Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location: Laundry: On, or about, December 16, 2019, a two wire fan was used in the exhaust duct for the dryer which is classified as a Class III, Division 2 location due to the presence of easily ignitable fibers/flyings. The housing around the motor intake was covered with lint.
