29 CFR 1910.333(c)(6): Conductive materials and equipment that were in contact with an employee's body were not handled in a manner that would prevent them from contacting exposed energized conductors or circuit parts: A.) Brad's Fuel Filtering, Inc., 801 Butler Pike, Mercer, PA 16137, west side of the prison facility, on or about December 13, 2018 and times prior thereto: An employee raised a metal stinger/siphon tube in the air, came into contact/proximity with 14.5-kV overhead powerlines, and was subsequently electrocuted.
