29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees. (a) NP4-3 Needle Press - On or about November 30, 2018 the employer had not provided adequate training to the employees on the energy control program at the facility exposing employees to amputation hazards from energy sources such as but not limited to electrical and kinetic energy while performing task including but not limited to servicing, maintenance and jam clearing.
