29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(C): The employer did not include information pertaining to the equipment in the process including the Electrical classification: a) Loading Rack, 436 Doremus Avenue, Newark, NJ Employees monitor and operate a covered process which includes 272,000 lbs. of pentane, a flammable liquefied petroleum gas. The employer did not compile Electrical area classification for the covered process from after the pentane injection points into the three gasoline products through the loading rack. Violation occurred on or about 9-26-18
