29 CFR 1910.146(c)(4): The employer did not develop and implement a written permit space program that complied with this section when its employees enter permit spaces. a) On or about August 11th, 2018 or prior thereto: Entry was conducted into a 8000 gallon 1988 Beat Tanker DOT classified 306 trailer to weld a baffle. The employer did not have a confined space program prior to entry. NOTE: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.
