29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(3): Following a report of an exposure incident, the employer did not make immediately available to the exposed employee a confidential medical evaluation or follow-up: a) Facility wide: On or about August 8, 2018 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to blood borne pathogen hazards from an amputation injury that occurred and did not immediately make available a medical evaluation or post exposure consultation to employees who assisted the injured employee.
