29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Worksite, 589 Montauk Hwy East Quogue, NY 11942 - Employees work with hazardous materials such as, but not limited to; various grades of unleaded gas, WD-40 aerosol, and Permatex Chain Lube aerosol on site were not provided with the HAZCOM training; on or about 06/21/2018. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
