29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about March 21, 2018, the employer failed to ensure an annual audit was performed of employees performing work on the fiber optic laser machine and high pressure wash. Employees were working inside the machines without controlling hazardous energy through lockout tagout.
