29 CFR 1910.107(e)(5): Containers supplying spray nozzles were not closed or provided with metal coverings kept closed: (a) PAINT SPRAY BUILDING, NORTH WALL - Employee(s) performed paint spraying operations on logging equipment parts, and one(1) five gallon bucket of Butyl Cellosolve reducer did not contain a cover, on or about May 2, 2018. (b) PAINT SPRAY BUILDING - SOUTH WALL - Employee(s) performed paint spraying operations on logging equipment parts, and one(1) five gallon bucket Butyl Cellosolve reducer and one(1) five gallon bucket of Kem Aqua 400 JD Green paint did not contain a cover, on or about May 2, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
