29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were maintained in a legible condition. On or about January 24, 2018 and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to caught in hazards in that the employer did not ensure the power industrial truck had legible metal data plates informing employees of allowable lifting weight and general operating instructions of powered industrial truck.
