29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points. (a) First Assembly of God Church: On or about November 17, 2017, and times prior, the 12 AWG triple tap extension cord being used to power tools and equipment was not protected from damage, in that the extension cord was ran under a closed door, around the rough edges of the corner of the brick building and between rough and sharp edges of wood stair treads.
