29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program were understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls was acquired by employees: Instances including, but not limited to, the following: a) Job site, 500 Scotti Drive, Bridgeville, PA: On or about October 19, 2017, during set up and/or cleaning activities on the Optimat KAL 310 Edgebander unit, the employer did not ensure that employees performing this work were provided appropriate energy control training.
