29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. (a) Employees in the main shop area and in the sign shop are exposed to chemicals such as glues, paints, solvents, cleaning products and other chemicals. When requested, an updated list of chemicals and safety data sheets were not available.
