29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: a) On or about March 7, 2017, LGSTX maintenance employees performed work on the sort conveyor, which is powered by 480 volts. It was found that employees were not provided personal protective equipment to protect them from electrical hazards, such as but not limited to: electrical protective gloves, protective eye/face wear, and noncombustible clothing.
