Warning lines were sagging to a height of 21.75 inches from the working surface. Employees were not protected from falling 23 feet to the lower level while performing roofing work activities. b) Location: Eastern wall on roof of South Commissary Project, 20850 Vandegrift Boulevard, MCB Camp Pendleton, CA. Warning lines were lying on the working surface. Employees were not protected from falling 23 feet to the lower level while accessing the roof and performing roofing activities.
