29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): Training was not provided prior to requiring employees to use a respirator in the workplace. On or about August 25, 2016: Employees spraying powder coating and who are required to wear 3M 8210V N95 Respirators are exposed to inhalation hazards from chemicals such as but not limited to 1,3,5 Triglycidyl Isocyanurate (TGIC). The employer did not provide training on the respirator prior to required use of the respirator.
