29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(i): When outside servicing personnel were engaged in activities in a facility, the onsite employer and the outside employer did not inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures: a) Throughout Facility - on or about August 2, 2016, an outside servicing contractor performed servicing and maintenance of machinery to include but not limited to paper cutters, rivet machines, and a printing press; but the employer and the contractor did not inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures.
