29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area (Agriculture Reference: 1928.21(a)(5)): (a) Egg production, grading area, and main garage - On or before May 3, 2016 the employer did not provide training and information for the employees with hazardous chemicals in their work area. Employees are working near chemicals, including but not limited to, alkaline egg washing detergent (corrosive) and nonstick acidic detergent (corrosive).
