29 CFR 1915.112(c)(2): Each chain did not bear an indication of the month in which it was thoroughly inspected: Employees working on the Noble Jim Thompson vessel at the Port of Brownsville used a chain as a choke to lift a 1 1/4" thick wire rope to the top of a derrick. Chain did not have any indication of monthly inspection.
