29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: a) Sign Source USA, Inc. - Lima, Ohio: On or about December 15, 2015, the employer failed to ensure employees who were required to wear tight-fitting half mask respirators were clean shaven. Sign Source USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection #110898, Citation 02, Item 2 and was affirmed as final order on April 25, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1700 S. Dixie Hwy, Lima, Ohio 45804.
