29 CFR 1910.178(m)(6): The employer did not ensure that safe distance was maintained from the edge of ramps or platforms while on any elevated dock, or platform or freight car: a/ Inside of the Crunden Martin Facility, specifically the second floor, operators of fork trucks approached an open-sided, unguarded floor for the purpose of moving palletized stock. The fall distance to the first floor below was approximately 20 feet.
