29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: fascinating game: (a) Elevated Commodity Bay, on or about and at times preceding to September 9, 2015, walkways were not guarded with standard railings for employees to conduct inventories over elevated areas, exposing employees to a 12 foot fall hazard.
