29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each employee had been trained by a competent person in the proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling of all stairways and ladders: a) Jobsite: On October 25, 2011 and times prior thereto the responsible person on site and employees performing framing activities did not ackowledge the hazard of an unprotected stairway and landing, and take the minimum actions to eliminate or minimize the hazard. b) Jobsite: On October 25, 2011 and times prior thereto the responsible person and employee(s) on site did not acknowledge the hazard of improper use of a self supporting ladder and take action to eliminate or minimize the hazard.
