29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(3)(i): The employer failed to conduct daily monitoring that was representative of the exposure of each employee assigned to work in regulated areas and performing Class I or II work: a) Little Sisters of the Poor Boiler Room - On or about May 28, 2015, the employer did not conduct daily monitoring for employees conducting demolition work involving Class I removal of thermal system insulation containing 15% to 30% Amosite asbestos.
