29 CFR 1910.1000(e): Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not determined and implemented to achieve compliance with the limits prescribed in 29 CFR 1910.1000(a) through (d): a) On or about 6/4/15 - Marinated Raw Breading (MRB) line, the employee(s) at the Breader Dumper position was exposed to Particulates not Otherwise Regulated (Total Dust) at 38.5 mg/m3, approximately 2.6 times the PEL of 15 mg/m3. The employee was sampled for 370 minutes during one shift on 6/4/15. Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled time of 110 minutes.
