29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): "Employee information and training." Employee training shall include at least: The measures employees can take to protect themselves from these hazards, including specific procedures the employer has implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment to be used; a. Kingspan Benchmark, Columbus Ohio, Marion Road workplace: On or about April 30, 2015, the employer had not provided adequate employee training for the hazardous chemical, methylene bisphenyl isocyanate (MDI) that included the prevention of all skin contact with this chemical, including the torso, arms, face and neck by the use of required personal protective equipment, personal protective clothing, or some combination of protection(s).
