29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide effective training to employees who were required to use respirators: a) Anthropologie, at 50 Rockefeller Plaza, employees working in the art shop use and are exposed to hazardous substances including, but not limited to acetone, propane, and isobutyl acetate. Respiratory protection training was not provided where it was required to protect the health of employees wearing 3M half face, tight fit respirators with organic vapors filters. The condition was noted on or about October 17, 2014. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
