29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Guard for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine was not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel: a) Adjacent to Keller Area, EP Heller Company, 21-25 Samson Avenue, Madison, NJ 07940. Tongue guards were not provided on pedestal grinder. Employee uses grinder for cleanup of oxide from the product. Observed on or about 10/8/2014.
