29 CFR 1926.502(i)(4): All covers were not color coded or marked with the word "HOLE" or "COVER" to provide warning of the hazard: (a) An OSB sheathing that was used to cover a roof vent shaft opening that was approximately 69-inches by 42-inches was not color coded or marked to provide warning of the hazard. The vent shaft opening was approximately 56-feet, 8-inches above the next lower level. Employer is being cited under OSHA's multi-employer citation policy as the "exposing" employer.
