29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: At the job site of 5056 N. Lycee, Bel Aire, Kansas, LMT Construction employees engaged in attaching new doors, windows, and siding to the exterior of the apartment complex were exposed to struck by hazards from the skid steer with forks (Bobcat T320 Track). Employees who operated the skid steer had not completed a training program to ensure they had the understanding and skills to operate it safely.
