29 CFR 1926.502(d)(11): Lifelines were not protected against being cut or abraded: a. On or about May 5 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were using a vertical life line/anchor which was wrapped around (not protected from sharp edges and abrasion) a roof-top cupola, which results in the reduction of the lifeline strength by as much as 70 percent, (Ref: OSHA Appendix A to Subpart M).
