29 CFR 1910.177(f): The employer did not establish a safe operating procedure for servicing multi-piece rim wheels which contained, at a minimum, the elements listed in 29 CFR 1910.177(f)(1) through (11): (a) Field/Scrap Yard Area - On or about May 1, 2014, employees were inflating tires with multi-piece rim wheels without the aid of the safe operating procedures necessary to prevent potential injury in the event of rim wheel failure.
