29 CFR 1910.24(f): All treads were not reasonably slip-resistant and the nosings were not of nonslip finish. Rise height and tread width were not uniform throughout any flight of stairs including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs: a) Central Transport, LLC - At the southeast fire exit next to bay #28, the employer failed to ensure that the stair treads were reasonably slip resistant, and that the stair rise height and tread width were uniform throughout the flight of stairs including the foundation.
