29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they are in their work area(s) (Construction Reference: 1926.59): a) a) TNT Oil Co., 2215 Irvine Run Rd., Irvine, PA. On or about March 12, 2014, employees were working around and with chemicals that included but not limited to, crude oil and acetylene. Safety Data Sheets for the materials were not maintained at the worksite and were not readily available for review.
