29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) (a) Spray painting and prep station areas- Safety Data Sheets for various paints, hardeners, reducers and bondo were not readily accessible to employees during their work shift. The Safety Data Sheets were maintained on a computer. The employees and the owner did not know how to obtain the sheets from the computer.
