29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about February 26, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were working on a rig site, Bison Rig #80. The circuit breaker panel box on the toilet facility trailer #870040 had the strain relief broken on the cable. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
