29 CFR 1910.1028(e)(2)(ii): The initial monitoring required under 29 CFR 1910.1028(e)(2)(i) was not completed within 30 days of the introduction of benzene into the workplace: a) On or about November 1, 2013, the employer, Environmental Resources Associates, Inc. d/b/a ERA, A Waters Company, did not ensure employees, who were required to use benzene while engaged in various production operations, were initially monitored in a timeframe pursuant to the standard so as to determine benzene exposure.
