29 CFR 1928.51(d): Every employee who operates an agricultural tractor was not informed of the operating practices contained in Appendix A of this part and of any other practices dictated by the work environment. (a) On or about October 1, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees operating equipment have not received training on the safe operation of the tractor. Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
