29 CFR 1926.59: An employer engaged in construction activities did not comply with the requirements set forth in Part 1910, Section 1200, Hazard Communication: a) On or about 9/11/2013, Canastota Waste Water Treatment Facility: Employees exposed to materials such as, but not limited to Methane were not provided with training in regards to the hazards and properties associated with them, and were not provided with access to a Material Safety Data Sheet for Methane. Abatement certification is required for this item.
