29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification which included the requirements as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): (a) For employees working in the welding station at 1070 Technology Drive, Venice, FL 34275, as noted on 09/23/2013. During the welding operations the employee welding was in a t-shirt exposing his arms to molten particles. Employer did not have a hazard assessment in place for employees conducting the welding operations and not having their arms protection.
