29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. a) Plant, Hot mold area - On or about 07/29/13 the aisle in front of the Ramcon-Fiberlok slitter/cutter machine was cluttered with metallic rack components and sheet rolls of raw materials. Employees were exposed to trip/fall hazards. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
