29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level: a. On or about June 14, 2011, at the above addressed jobsite,an employee was exposed to falls in excess of 10 feet due to the lack of a fall protection system (guardrails).
