29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer shall provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use PPE: a. On or about July 1, 2011, in the facility, the employer had not provided training to employees on what personal protective equipment was required to be used in the facility. Employee exposure which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment included but was not limited to xylene, toluene and ultraviolet light.
