29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): Spray booths were not so installed that all portions are readily accessible for cleaning: (a) In Plant 4, on July 9, 2013 and at times prior to, the south spray both was located approximately 12 inches from an adjacent concrete block wall prohibiting access for cleaning, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
